Stretched Thin and Losing Yourself in the Process
Therapy Helping Individuals Reconnect
& Hear Their Inner Voice Again
Individual Telehealth Therapy Throughout Washington State

You’re good at what you do.
Really good. You show up, take care of others – at work, at home, every time you walk through the door.
Putting everyone at ease with an encouraging smile or a wise word.
You’re the rock, and it feels good to be there for others.
The moments you spend on your favorite creative outlet or workout help you reconnect with yourself.
But that doesn’t always happen.
Exhaustion and overwhelm take over.
More frequently, there are days when you’re just “over it,” grab a snack, and crawl into bed.
You spend more time than you should scrolling through social media or the news.
Somewhere along the way, you lost track of what you feel, need, or want.
Your motivation is gone. Energy depleted.
And a question lingers: “Is this all there is?”
There’s a piece of your past that won’t let go.
Patterns and behaviors keep showing up in different forms.
A relationship that repeats itself. A feeling you can’t quite name.
It’s like you’re living someone else’s version of your life.
You’ve tried pushing through. Staying busy and being grateful.
And still, something quietly insists this isn’t quite it.
It’s hard to hear above the noise.
With so many demands and so little time, saying “no” or taking a moment for yourself feels wrong.
You give so much to everything and everyone else that you’ve lost sight of how to put yourself first.
When was the last time you asked, “How do I feel?” or “Is this what I really want?”
You’ve had passion and drive, but life’s noise has drowned out your inner voice.
Something needs to change – you’re just not sure how to move forward.
Slow down and pause with therapy.
If you keep this up, exhaustion deepens, the distance between who you are and who you want to be widens, and the things that used to bring joy feel farther away.
You deserve more than managing. You get to live your life – with presence, with clarity, with room to breathe.
Therapy provides a space to hear your own voice more clearly.
Together, we’ll look at the whole picture: your relationships, your body, your history, your sense of meaning, what you’re carrying, and what’s ready to be set down.

Hi, I’m Felicia.

I became a therapist because I’ve always believed symptoms are only part of the story. The real work – the meaningful work – is finding the thread that connects everything else.
My job is to help you follow that thread and hear your own voice more clearly.
I’ve done this long enough to know the path back to yourself isn’t straight. And I’ve lived enough to know it’s worth taking anyway.
What first drew me here was a simple but radical idea: we can’t truly know ourselves without others, and we can’t show up for others without knowing ourselves. That paradox sits at the center of my work.
I work with thoughtful, self-aware people ready to stop managing and start living, people who are strong for everyone else and quietly exhausted, carrying something they haven’t yet said out loud.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s a space where it’s safe enough to tell the truth.

This is where something changes.
Amidst the noise of your busy life and busy mind, something in you already knows what needs to change.
Clear a space just for you.
Reach out today. The first conversation is just that, a conversation.
